*Our delivery assumes that you place your order before 1pm on the day of despatch. Orders placed after 1pm on a Friday will be shipped Monday, please allow time for delivery to remote areas such as the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Islands and Scottish Highlands and Islands.
**On orders outside of the UK there may be local taxes, customs duty and handling charged which you will need to pay
We really hope you are happy with your purchase but understand if you want to return or exchange a product.
We can offer a refund on the product if it’s returned to us within 28 days of your original purchase. Returns will only be accepted where products are unworn and unspoiled and with labels and swing tickets still attached and within the original packaging, allowing us to sell the product as new. Please ensure a completed returns form is included in the packaging.
We will give you a refund for the price you paid to us in respect of any product properly returned by you.
We will not incur or refund to you any custom duties, which arise through the delivery of our products across international borders and so we would urge you to understand any duties which may be incurred prior to placing an order with us.
We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for the purchase of the products. Please allow 30 days for the credit to appear on your statement following the day we receive your returned product.
If you need to return a product to us and you are within the UK please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange postage. We will then email you a prepaid returns label and this label will give you a choice of drop off points for the package. Please apply this label to the packaging and make sure any other carrier labels are struck through with a marker pen. All returns should be sent to Rockholly, PO Box 896, North Shields, NE29 1GJ. Please ensure that you include a returns form in the returned package. Please obtain proof of postage from the drop-off point, retaining this until you receive your refund. You must use our appointed carrier unless otherwise agreed or we will not be responsible for any loss of goods. If using another carrier, it is at your own expense.
Outside of the UK please use a tracked service (the item is your responsibility until it is received by us) and please note that the customer must meet all costs. Subject to availability you can exchange your purchase for a different size or another item, just simply fill in the returns form, listing the products you wish to exchange the item for. We will dispatch your exchange upon receipt of your original item.
